Rates
$125 per 50-minute session for individuals

$150 per 50-minute session for pre-marital, marriage, and family counseling

Neurotherapy/EEG biofeedback session costs vary, but are comparable to counseling fees. Please call for more information.

Prepaid package plans for counseling and neurotherapy/EEG biofeedback are available for our self-pay clients and represent a 10-15% discount from "pay as you go" sessions. Our managed care patients are not eligible for package rates as their fees have already been negociated by their insurance carrier.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We are out of network with most insurance plans in Texas. Dr. Center is in-network with Blue Cross-Blue Sheild, and he and Dr. Fasol are in-network with TriCare South Region, and with CHAMPUS/CHAMP VA. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician? (TriCare and CHAMP VA patients require approval from their PCM/PCP, a letter of referral, and  physician's oversight letter - please call us and we can "get the ball rolling" for you)

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis and with demonstrated financial need/hardship.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit/debit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
